Game crashes during Wat Tambor SM

The game has crashed twice in p4 in this and the last GeoTB on the Wat SM! Is there anyway to get compensated for this with wat shards for my guild? My Geos are more than geared to take the mission out, but it’s unfair that me and my guild miss out of the shards because the game crashed! What’s the likelihood of getting compensation for reporting the crash?

Unfortunately they don't usually do specific compensation like that. You can reach out to EA Help though the in game help button and they may give you some crystals, but that's about it.
