Character ability levels reset

Already made bug report about this problem but I like to share it here also. Last week after update I noticed that my Jedi Consular abilities had been changed/reset. JC was my primary healer at GW/Arena at the beginning and I'm pretty sure I maxed all those attack abilities to max 7/7/7. After last week update my JC abilities were:
- Saber Strike (level 3)
- Jedi Healing (level 4)
- Attack as Defense (level 3)

Only reason why I noticed this was that normally when got purple mats my JC char icon doesn't have any indicator that I could train him any better... but on last week my JC had red +3 indicator on char icon and noticed that all skills levels were lower than they should be.

Now I can't use JC at GW when abilities are so low.. thou I don't want to train again those abilities because of bug they are lower than they should be. It would cost like 62 purple mats to train them again to max which is a lot ...
