Did not receive any characters in guaranteed character box

I recently saved up for the 2,520 gem box because I wanted the guaranteed 4 star character. After finally having enough gems I purchased the pacakge, to my surprise, out of the 8 cards that I received 0 total characters. I didn't not even receive any lower star character, I just received little character shard packages, none to which were used towards a 4 star character. When you click on the 2,520 gem package you will see that it specially says that it guarantees a character and I am very diasppointed that I did not recieve my guaranteed 4 star character or any characters. I would like some help, I have already emailed EA and they took me here. My Allie code is 432-535-586 if that would be of any help to me either. Thank you

The guaranteed full character may and can be one you already own
(You pulled a character you already own.? Right?)
If thats the case you will receive shards in its place, probably 12 or 32
A rip off...
There are a lot of stories of unlucky, unhappy pulls, and then you read someone pulled 3 full characters

Good luck man! Hopefully the game doesn't f*ck you like it did to me! Guaranteed character my a$$!!! And EA won't even help me and the developers won't reply to me!!
