Level 50 player with 6* Kenobi?

Can someone tell me how it's possible for a level 50 player with 121,203 GP to have 190 Guild raid wins and a 6* General Kenobi? I didn't think he could be bought.

    Hoard account that’s been sitting in a guild that does HAAT. Just have to have one 7* toon to join the raid and get shards.

    I started a guest account 4 days ago and that's one of the accounts in the top 20 of my shard. Seems I am at a disadvantage.
