ig88 inflicts more debuffs. the other two just need speed/potency/zeta on ipd

pre-relics but after g13, I had an HK-led "nuke" team that lacked t3-m4, and had lower gear than IPD and bb8 that you had, but max stars.

Worked just fine for non-Malak teams. Of course you can just use Palp against non-Malak teams...
