They should remove it after a 2 week period from that notification screen if not bought by then. Leave it in the shop, sure, but remove the notification on accounts after 2 weeks

What's the point of displaying on a lv85 account ?
Moreover if it has fully unlocked every battles LS, DS, Fleet, Cantina...
