Trouble "Aging Up" an account

According to CG_SBCrumb's post here, if you're account isn't automatically "aged-up", all you have to do is follow the steps and "You will then get in contact with an EA Advisor and request a date of birth change/update. Our customer support team will guide you through the process. You will need to verify your age with the support representative."

I did as described, talked to 3 different reps and they all said it wasn't possible. In fact one said "As per our tools the mobile game's DOB cannot be updated".

Has anyone had a different experience? Has anyone else found a resolution?

Because my account is "underage", I cannot name change, FB connect, or Guild Chat. Any help is appreciated!
