Fix TW matchmaking, end sandbagging advantage

Match guild active gp AND number of players, end sandbagging by matching those guild with each other. This is getting ridiculous facing 15-30M+ higher gp guilds.

You can face them even without sandbagging. In the past two months we've been matched with guilds 30-40m above us twice, with 25 available defence slots and no below average GP ticket mercs.

We went in with 42 they have 45 AND a extra 5m gp. This is unacceptable totally biased and unfair how are we supposed to win when they have a extra 100k gp per person! Impossible!!!
