data card awards

for the last three days I open data card for 21 days of spring (I believe) it says I received two shards for one my droids, but only one is added. Today it was for HK-47, yesterday it was for IG-88, the day before I think it was for IG-86. How do I get the missing shards back ?

update, I video it and when I add the shard to my characters it is only adding one, but if I go to character it does add the correct count. Bug is only in the action.
