just one more "QoL-request for mods"

Hi,
please, please do something with mod-management.
I think about a small change in the sell-interface, where you can upgrade/slice mods and sell them immediately if they are not fitting to your needs.
Of just a sell-button in the char-equip-screen.

Not sure why they constantly ignore this request. Would seemingly be straightforward (should be able to do it without creating 5+ bugs) and a lot of people want this. AKA it will make you guys look good!
