Maybe my math is a little off,but im in div 2 and won every match so far with a little under 1900 and lost just 2 feats and in 1 match i did 1300 since i couldn't clear more but still won. With all this the reward points for wining is 1k down from 2k like last GAC but kyber is still at 35.5k,to get kyber i need to win every game at max points, get the 1k from winning and do some feats to get kyber,is this an error that we get less points for win?souldn't be atleast 1.4k insted of 1k?If you win all battles with close to maximum banners you end up at 34.4k and you are 1.1k short...this is insane.

Yes it is definitely unfair.
I think when we had just 5v5, the kyber was placed at 28k and aurodium was at 19.5 or something like that, but this is madness you need to have a lot of luck to get 12 out of 12,even if you are good you there are still a chance you just have a bad day and loose 1 battle then you can't get to Kyber anymore.
If you score in average 1900 you only lose 624 from all the battles themselves, and 1k from each loss, so you can see where i'm going.
EDIT: just to make an extreme case - say you miss out 4 feats, that value at 50, 100, 150 and 250. and you win 9 out of 12 matches. after losing 3550, you can afford losing another 2k~ from the matches, which is about 170 per match. max score per match is 1952 so we are talking 1782 in average. say in those three matches you lost, you scored 1500 in average, you can make up for it by scoring 1875 in average in the other 9.
12 wins x 1000banners=12000
22944+12000=34.944banners(this is 556 banners short from Kyber league whitout loosing a banner in 12 battles, thats like 1 shoting each team with 1 character and end up full prot and hp...)If this is reasonable....
in the first half of GAC, there has been about 2200 banners in feats. expecting the same in the second half, thats a big amount to overlook in your math...
plus the max is 1952 and not 1912
Thank you for correcting that error here you go:1952×12=23424(max banners)+12000=35.424 out of 35.500
As others have pointed out, your memory is deceiving you
