I've tried many times to get support for crash issues on my Galaxy 8. I keep getting moved to Technical Issues and still have no answers. all this thing does us crash. Anywhere, anytime. Please fix it

Is your phone's memory full or near full? There needs to be plenty of HD space for any app to work properly, try removing apps or any other data you don't need. You might also want to try clearing your cache in settings.

I've got lots of memory. Thanks. I'll try clearing the cache but I keep it pretty clean. Thanks for helping in any case.
