Are fake accounts from CG still existing?

Just a question as I wonder how many players always have the new stuff on final level the first day. Even for the GL I expect that. I know that CG confirmed that they were existing...they had to confirm that with the launch of the ewok teams, because during galactic wars you faced full ewok Teams...but it was not possible to farm them to that point of time and therefore it was impossible for real accounts...sometimes it seems they are still there...I mean for CG it would be a good deal...pushing the whales and in addition to that save some rewards in arena...I think mainly the shard chat users could answer this, as they at least try to communicate with them...I am only 20-50 in both arenas and therefore not using those chats
