Didnt receive my Lando

]I play on Ios almost everyday and I saw about the free Lando. I found the post yesterday morning and went through to Twitter then redeemed my Lando in the app store. After that I opened up GOH and it said code redeemed so I clicked okay and yet I didnt get the Lando.

I messaged EA and they offered me 100 crystals as a compensation but they Asked me to post about it here for the developers to see

I also redeemed my Lando code, but didn't actually get Lando even though the working in the game made it sound like I got Lando. Like you, I submitted a ticket at help.ea.com, but unlike you, they never replied back; they just keep on closing the ticket without telling me why.
