I can see how my previous comment can come across snarky, but what i meant was that even if you use the right strategy you're still going to need a lot of retries. Somehow i thought that was comforting to know that you're not necessarily doing something wrong, in hindsight maybe it wasn't, haha.

Looking at the speed you posted above, you're not setting your toons up to do that strategy. Your attack order is off a bit. But if you re-mod a little you should be able to get it easily.
His speed order was: Padme 284, Shaak 274, GK 271, C3P0 256, Ashoka 122 (122 Ashoka??? And people here saying i need mine 270+ 😏)
My current speed order now (as I keep moving mods every so many tries) is: Padme 301, Shaak 253, Threepio 244, GK 243, Ashoka Tano 220.
You AT might be too fast relatively. She gains +25 speed, and +50 with crit immunity. She shouldn't start with crit immunity, but she would still be faster than your GK with is different than the recommended turn order from above.

Yes, but everybody (except Ahsoka) needs to be over 270 in order for the strategy to work. They need to go before Magnaguard.

Ahsoka is the only one that doesn’t need to be over 270. Beef up her damage as much you can. Speed isn’t important on her. You are relying more on her assists. C3PO gets +20 speed from one of his uniques so having him at 256 is really 276 speed in battle. The reason you need to have speed over 270 speed is because you’re undergeared and need to kill B2 before the Magnas can go and put up taunt.
My turn order back when I completed T2 was Padme, Shaak Ti, GK, C3PO and then Ahsoka somewhere way behind.
Padme first special targeting B2. Ahsoka assists and damages B2.
Shaak Ti 2nd special on Ahsoka. Ahsoka attacks B2 twice.
GK first special, Ahsoka assists on B2.
C3PO special targeting Ahsoka. Padme, GK and Shaak Ti all attack B2 once due to having Translation. Ahsoka attacks B2 twice, once due to her assist on specials and once due to getting Translation from C3PO. B2 should die.
From there you have to kill a Magna before you can damage a Droideka. I tried to get both Magnas low then kill one, kill a Droideka and then when GG brings back the dead Magna you have the other one low already so you can kill it and focus the other Droideka. Then finish off Magnas and B1, then GG. Save Padme’s second special for GG. Stuns can be huge on him.
I beat T2 the first time the event came with a R3 GK, G12 Padme, Ahsoka and C3PO and G11 Shaak Ti. Took many attempts and getting my modding right.
I posted a comment which I later edited to add GK to the list and is now in limbo waiting to be “approved”...
I said basically that I’m slowing my padme down to make Shaak faster. And maybe GK faster too.
Do you only have so many mods to go around? That sounds counter-intuitive.

Thanks for the tips. I’m pretty much using the same strat when I attempt it (if I can pull the turn order off right).
270+ speed on 4/5 of your characters (everyone but Snips) with padme being fastest is the key for this event. If you kill B2 before Magnaguards take a turn (they're at what 269 speed?), the rest is just strategy of not killing magnas just before a droideka takes a turn, keeping your protection up cycling and doing the intended kill order and mass assist looping GG to death (hopefully keeping him stunned) by using Shaak Ti's 2nd special on 3PO, and GK and Padme's mass assists with them all having 3 stacks of translation.
P2 is 100% having the right speed, turn/kill order, and strategy.
P4 is like 50% RNG.
