GAC inventory question

Can someone confirm to me that this is the case in GAC:
- when you are checking a character’s stats in their GAC territory (i.e. checking speeds), you are getting the info for that character at the time they got locked into GAC
- when you are tapping on the opponent and then checking their inventory, you are getting their current stats.
right?
Reason I ask is that I’ve got an opponent with a bunch of unmodded characters in inventory, but which are modded when I check defence in their GAC territories

you you look at their roster, you see thier current mods/gear/stars/zetas

the only way you can kinda see their current stuff would be looking right at GAC lock

Yes, if mods were changed after the lock then you will see the GAC version of the character only when you check it on the GAC "board" for lack of a better term. Everywhere else you look you will see their current mod loadout.

Even on the Player1 vs Player2 screen in GAC, you will see their current setup and not their GAC locked version.
