TW hotfix live?

So reading the forum it says TW issue is fixed. I still don 't see any TW. Should it be visible now?

TWs usually launch around 7-8pm UTC, so still a good 12hrs or so until you’ll see it.

TW has never been based on local time. Always on the dev local time.
