Missing rewards for rank up

During this GA I went from Bronzium to Chromium from having the game auto place my teams from the last round that I had set up. However, I'm just noticing that I didn't get the rewards for this ranking up. It wasn't there for me to claim in the GA feats tab when I went to go look for it. Has anyone else had this issue?
