Does Overpowering Assault benefit from the crit chance and offense up that it applies itself?

Namely, JKA uses Overpowering Assault.

The ability confers himself and friends, crit chance up and offense up.

Are these buffs applies AFTER the attack, or is the attack itself calculated with these buffs included?
