Can't upgrade relic to level 7

I've been trying to upgrade JKRs relic to level 7 and every time I do I get the message that I don't have enough materials when by what I'm seeing of all the required materials, I do. What am I supposed to do?

Can you post a screenshot of your relic screen thingy?

Can you post a screenshot? Are you sure you have the mats needed on both sides?

Scroll to the right where the scavenger materials are. Most likely you are missing zinbiddle things...
