New bug with raids?

Dont yet have a screenshot yet as I'm pretty much spent on the raid atm, but in the 4th stage of the sith raid this morning, myself and guild members are noticing some characters have no raid ability, specifically soothe for removing traya bonds of weakness. When my yoda didn't have i retreated and retried and it was back.

Will try and get a shot as soon as possible but I suspect will have tons of reports soon as this isnt hard to repeat.

Definitely something off with yesterday's patch.
