Game crashed during GL event

So I spent 60 tickets to do the stupid rock paper scissor event, game crashes half way through. No shardals tickets gone. Contacted tech support and was told oh well better luck next time.

Am I wrong to be **** off right now? I spent alot of money to gear up the needed characters, maxed out refreshes and then loose the tickets cuz the game crashed.

Dont feel bad but this happened to me twice. Lost 120 tickets. Tech support used to give Crystal's or something. Not anymore. They do nothing for us but send the same stupid tech guide. Like we dont know to restart our phones and clear a cache. What about compensation......
