No Tb reward?

Hi. One of my members left the guild after the end of the tb and after i receive the reward. But he still don't have any rewards.
Have you similar issues?

    Options
    If you leave before the rewards you dont get them. Tell him to rejoin and check, sometimes that works or did for me in the past.
