Jedi for platoons in phases that have Jedi nodes: WAI?

Is it by design to require Jedi in platoons when there are Jedi-only combat nodes?

    I'm sure it is. It's no different than having platoons containing empire characters when there are empire only CMs in DS Hoth TB.
