    They release so called starter packs along with events (scoundrel packs when credit heist is up) and exclusive chromium packs from time to time.

    If you're new to the game then chromium packs are a decent idea.

    They need to drop the price of packs. $60 is a lot to spend. Especially if you already have most of the characters in the pack. I think $20 would get more people to buy them.
