What is the best way to get promoted to Tier 6 so you can access territory wars?

I’m already level 85 with lots of 7 Star characters and still haven’t been promoted...

Get out of the starter guilds and join a real guild.

If you're not being promoted anymore you probably reached the highest tier of starter guilds.

In real guilds there's no promotion (other than promotions to officer). Those guilds are generated by players themselves. Try it out and see for yourself. It's all win. There's nothing to lose. You will probably just kick yourself for not having joined a real guild much earlier.
