Pretty much every common 5v5 team in this game is built around a core of 3 characters that make the team work, and the other 2 are fluid pieces that can be swapped. examples include:
CLS, Han, Chewie,
Padme, GK, Anakin
Sith Trio
DR, BSF, Malak
JKR, Jolee, GMY
Beyond that, its important to find your flexible characters from the remnants of those teams and build new trios around them, especially leaders.
