Every character has a basic dodge rating 0%, how is it possible that dodge any attack ?! CD leader ability gives 15% dodge, ok, I agree that the characters in this team will dodge, but I can not !!! accept that proc Dodge, by characters with 0% dodge rating.

It is very sad and game state on a big coincidence...no math..

First of all, you didn't do any research to come to that conclusion. Some people have estimated the base dodge to be 7.5% through some sample tests.

Dodge rating property is not shown correctly I think. Some toons have higher evade than others like Sid and Lumi, as per their description.

Do not worry with this dodge is calculated as well as the leadr ability of CD
