Energy buy after cap causing crash

It use to say you have reached your limit and not give you an option to buy. It now gives the option to buy but errors out stating your connection is bad and must restart. It is not consuming crystals which is good.
Also bonus energy stacks after cap not sure if its intended but I am playing as such. I know its very small amounts and would take forever to accumulate but I want it known.
