TIE Pilot shard bug!

Today, I claimed 5 tie pilot shard by daily login. But i don't found shard in character details

I dunno if its bugged, but when recieving First Order Tie Pilot he's 1star. I log in every day this month, so by now I should have 15 shards, which is needed to 2star. But no, I have only 5shards and cannot promote. What the hell?

10 shards for 1 star , 5 shards more for 5/15

you need 25 for 2 star not 15

Definitely buggy.

There are a lot of threads here about missing shards, this is another to add to the list @EA_Jesse with screenshots.

What am I missing in the screenshot that you guys are seeing? I see (and i counted them) 15 shards collected from the daily in 1 shot. In the second, i see that the 15 shards were used to unlock the tie fighter pilot, leaving a shard balance of 0/15.

Balance should be 5 shards, which is what I have.

1★ heroes are 10 shards to activate.

Just claimed tie fighter shards.. Still at 7/15.
