Ga opponent didnt set ship defence

I wiped out my ga opponent but he didn't set ship defence. If he wipes out my table does he beat me in points since I set my ships.

    No, I believe you get the maximum number of points for the ships territory.

    Plus your opponent missed 100 points for not setting it. Defensive points are worth more than offense per squad/fleet.
