Sid's max health zeta increase

Can't seem to find a detailed explanation for how Sid's max health increase is applied from his zeta. It says he gets max health equal to his potency percentage. Is that a flat increase or a percentage increase? In other words, if his potency is 100%, does he gain 100 max health, or 100% max health?

It is gained as a %. 100% potency is an increase of 100% max health

Is the 50% from unique included?
If so a max sidious with a base 80k health(not a huge stretch) and 150% potency +(50% unique ).
Will have a base health of 160,000 not to shabby.

BTW is it the same with Boba's lead ?

Pretty sure it counts absolutely all Potency, from his unique and leads he's under. There's no way afaik to see actual numbers but my Sidious at r5 seems to get stupidly much hp and has noticeably more under say Traya than alone.
