GAC troubleshooting

Last round of GAC I lost because the app crashed during a battle. During today's GAC, the same thing happened and, again, I lost because of it (finished the fight later with 29 banners instead of, at least, 52; lost the round by 20 banners...). I was recording it just in case this happened in order to have evidence and ask CG for help. I did, and they basically said they can't do nothing. This is one of the many reasons people are giving up on this game CG...

Me (6/4/2020, 11:07:27 AM): So you can't do anything about this situation? I was going to win my GAC round and for reasons that should have already been preventable, I lost. And you cant do anything about that?

    For me it’s that I was doing a previous GA. Went to enter a battle ‘internet connection issue.’ Check WiFi, 5 bars. Am mad lost battle. Go to do another battle, same problem. Am extra mad lost 2 battles and 2 good teams. Ended up winning GA so I didn’t care.
    I have a bad feeling about this.
