Ban for offenses

I was banned i dont know why say is offenses and dont do nothing wierd or cheat i want to know if i can get back my account..

    Hit the inbox icon on the right of your profile's name (top right of your screen), then 'New message'. Type CG in the recipient and you'll find him. Worked for me once and he answered in less than a week.
