"Who Uses This Gear" not correct

I have Savage Opress at gear level VII. Only gear I'm missing is the upper-left one, Mk 7 TaggeCo Holo Lens. Drilling down, I only have 12/20 Mk 3 Sienar Holo Projector Salvage, so I click Find to get some more. So far so good.

Only, within the battles that yield it, if I click on it to see who needs it, the only character it shows as needing it is Chewie. It should also be showing Opress.

I wonder if there are other "who uses this gear"s that are also incorrect in their results.

I think it shows only the chars which need the gear directly, not those who need the gear to craft another type of gear.

Not quite, because it also shows characters who can't use the gear currently.

Basically it needs work. But this one feels more like a bug than a suggestion.
