Tank raid changes/bug

So recently in last 2 days I’ve noticed that in p3 of tank raid the rocket trooper now takes 2 turns instead of 1 meaning he gets to enrage a lot quicker. This has been happening when I use GL kylo... has anyone noticed this, and has there been a change to the raid or is it a unintentional bug?
