Why the same opponents?

I have been matched with the same 4 guys for the past three weeks. I dont understand how I am supposed to advance if I keep getting the same people over and over. One guy is even from another division. He has 28 more gear 13 ls than I have. This matchmaking is a complete joke

If one of your opponents is from another division, and you're sure he didn't just cross the threshold, you could report it as a bug. Cross-division matches are supposed to be prevented.
