There's at least a chance that they will be available in the forthcoming level 72 challenges, so I have been holding out for that. If not, then yeah, this level cap increase is really going to increase the pain factor.

The 50s are a grind! I have GS at two gear slots short of Gear X and at 7* so he is Power 6,100! He is worth the grind. I have QGJ one gear slot short of Gear IX. Worth it as well. Good luck. Patience will get you there.

Don't worry! I hear purple hairdryers are soon to be available in the new challenges at lvl 72 (as soon as the cap is raised). I'm choosing to spend my energy on gear for my B-team, who really need some loving after a few weeks of GW bashing...

I hope this to be the case. because I am in process and it is so slow and tedious - I am about to give up and give other toons some love

I had HK-47 drop from the Spring packs. I instantly leveled him to 55 and geared him to VIII (well I have all the gear but not enough levels). It was pretty sweet being able to instantly gear him with 50 of one of the pieces that kept dropping in the challenges but I have had yet to have anyone that used it. If only that was the case with cuffs and hair dryers

Somewhere someone posted a screen cap of the new events. Hair dryers was one of them. I think mk5 brown things was one.

Stun cuffs was not one.

I'm at 15/50 for hairdryers in about 3 days, I'm not spending any crystals on it, just using the excess that accumulates across the day.

Same here, but I've been farming Poe's hard node and realized I have 40 of them!

I farmed cuffs instead since I was expecting AGI and INT items to show up in challenges just like STR one. Cuffs dont show up in shipments nor challenges, so working on that instead.

The only three gear slots left for my arena team are 50 dryers each. I really hope 25 agility pays off...not holding my breath.

hairdryers are bad, stun cuffs are worse.. I just got Ima to 6 star gear 8, and I see the dreaded stun cuffs again.
