That's the "just woke up" Vader. Just have not changed his name yet.

My OCD made me Google "Vader chest piece" to see if it's off center like they have it in-game and Nope it's not like that anywhere else.. Hope they fix it

it doesnt' seem like that change really happened, maybe it didn't actually get in the push.

So it would seem @kyno, but they said it did and the same sentence mentioned how they fixed vaders portrait which they did do

I understand they did, but those are 2 different elements. it is possible that the second change while listed didn't get pushed, because there appears to be no change.
