Because they don't know what they're doing really - all CG programmers really can do is messing around in game code and scr*w it so in few updates no-one will ever be able to even get to first screen, not to mention loading to the game. And of course no-one from admins will ever write some explanation words - they don't care and rather make some censorship and delete posts/discussion...
There are lots of known issues (connection errors, freezes and crashes) and all they could fix is JKL animation for few whales and krakens who use him.
