Not getting MK4 SoroSuub Keypad Salvage from Challenges

Went through challenges today and should have ended up with 11 or so more MK4 SoroSuub salvages and although they show in the rewards section they do not attribute to the players that need them (e.g. QGJ went from 12 to... 12).

If you are doing the challenge for Tuesday (Healers & Support), it gives you the Mk 5 not the Mk 4. The Mk 4 is the Monday (Attackers) challenge. Not many characters seem to need the Mk 5, I have more than 250 of them.
