Losing my old account

Has anyone lost an account before? I am switching phones and because Facebook doesn't back up my info, Im losing my account of nearly 3 million GP. This is the second account I have lost. My Game Center is linked to my old level 53 account (which is weak sauce compared to my current account). I've been playing for almost 4 years and I'm really disappointed. I Called EA help desk and they weren't any help . I had just gotten Relic characters and I've ben excited to continue.

your only option without the FB link is to make a new apple ID (with a new email) and link it to that one. then as long as you are moving to a new apple device you can save your account.

I tried that this morning. I think I will just have to wait until they allow FB connections again. Thanks everyone for quick responses.
