Impossible To Lock Mods Without The Game Breaking

For the past few weeks, every time I would lock a mod, this appears:
Then it’ll just stick here forever and not go away. I’ve resorted to force closing the app every time I lock a mod. Basically making it incredibly tedious to work on my mods.
I’ve tried multiple different wifi networks as well as data so it isn’t a wifi connectivity issue since literally everything else I’ve done works perfectly fine and runs smoothly.
Anyone else experiencing this? I use an IPhone 10
