Update needed for Scavenger
I think the Scavenger needs an update.
- With all the new Relic requirements the last two (Zinbiddle en Conductor) could use some more options.
- Players with a roster that have almost no low gear toons are punished in some way that they cannot craft some high end pieces (MK7 BAW Armor for chromium transistor for Example). All my toons are too high gear to craft this material into chromium transistor.
