For those talking about the other guilds being more efficient, not bloating rosters, working on mods etc being the reason people complain about matchmaking, explain this one then.
My guild on the left, enemy on the right.
We fielded all 48 of our guild, the enemy 44 or 45, so not that far off.
(I'd like to see guilds matched on their entire membership to encourage participation and not sandbagging, but thats another story)
Their Average Guild GP per member is 5,819,049
Ours is 4,209,826
There is no strategy, or being cleverer with mods that could even stand a chance with this matchup.
We've had about the last 5 or 6 TWs like this, but this is by far the worst.
It's demoralising to not even have a fighting chance or to try strategies. It becomes boring to members and does nothing to maintain a spirit of 'fighting together' in a guild. Aside from DSTB the only other major guild activity is LSTB (deploy and go).

There is no way to drop 90m GP by sitting out 5-6 members and you mathematically can't get matched with a guild of +40m active GP unless you are in one of the top 10 (330m+) guilds.
Here's who it's more likely you've been matched with: https://swgoh.gg/g/1780/tie-allance/ or https://swgoh.gg/g/1136/tie-aliiance/
