I like the rebels especially with the new 3po/chewy but you could go geos which will help you get padme (if you don't have her) and jkr is still a good squad.
I'm currently going for both. I like Shaak To synergy with the clones for the raids and the Geos look fun to play with. If I had to pick one over the other I would go for the Geos, they're relatively easy to farm and they are needed for Padme (unless you already have her)
Hard to go wrong with Geos, but you don’t technically need them for Padme. Nute/Dooku/Jango/AV + 1 may actually be an easier team to use for her event.
Rebels are a fair amount of work because of the Ewoks needed for 3PO, but they’re a great team, as someone said above, boosted in a big way by 3Pac. They also have strong ships.
Geos are needed for wat and great for TB geos, Shaak+501st are needed for kam and great for TB republic. Depending on your guild, one of those should be greatly appreciated.
