Anaking shards

During the last two weeks the shards gained in the difficults battles for Anaking have dropped dramatically: just 1 shard per day in 9 battles (3 of then of 20 energy).
Is there a new policy of shards farming?

Yeah I've been having the same issue with farming Dooku. Every day I farm the 2 spots and in the beginning it was almost 1 shard per SIM used, but now that he's 4* getting one shard is kind of a lucky day at this point.
