Do you get XP for GW and challenges?

It's not under the possible rewards, but maybe it's just supposed to be obvious. I've been lvl 70 for so long I never noticed if you get XP from battles in challenges and GW. I'm wondering if I should wait till the end of the day to do them so I'll gain max XP when the lvl cap is increased.
