Phase I
Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi try to escape a trap set for them by the Trade Federation.

Phase II
Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi rescue Queen Amidala and her governing body from the Trade Federation's Battle Droids.

Phase III
With the group stranded on Tatooine, Darth Maul is sent to hunt for them.

Phase IV
While returning to the repaired ship, Qui-Gon Jinn gets ambushed by Darth Maul.

Phase V
After the senate hearings and meeting the Jedi Council, the group return to Naboo to liberate the planet from the Trade Federation.

Phase VI
On the plains, Jar Jar Binks and Captain Tarpals lead the Gungan army into battle against the Droids.

Phase VII
The droids, under the leadership of OOM-9, attempt to wipe out all the Gungans.

Phase VIII
Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padme Amidala, Captain Panaka, Anakin Skywalker and R2-D2 storm Theed Palace.

Phase IX
Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi confront Darth Maul in a 'duel of the fates'.

Phase X
Same as phase IX, but playing as Maul.

Phase XI
Above the planet, Anakin and several other pilots attempt to destroy the Blockade.

Phase XII
Padme Amidala and Captain Panaka fight to the throne room to capture Viceroy Nute Gunray.

Phase XIII
During the duel, Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi are separated.

Phase XIV
With Qui-Gon Jinn defeated, Obi-Wan Kenobi confronts Maul alone.
