245mil GP - Knights who say Utini - guild for busy adults

Are you looking for somewhere to be where you can play the game and all of its content without feeling like it's a second job? Look no further.
We have a discord server but honestly rarely use it. Somehow we get a lot done for how little we organize (side effects of adulting on a daily basis I assume). 28* (26 Wat shards)/12* are our best Geo TB results so far, but we need more actives after some dropouts and need your help. We are all at 6* Wat, earning about 25-30 shards each time.
Requirements:
TB you must deploy. You have 36 hours to simply deploy, it's basically all we ask. We always working to push for more stars in TB, and more shards of special characters. 25-30 Wat, 1 KAM per TB so far.
Raid tickets: not 0 (but getting a few hundred is reasonable if you login at least once per day.) We get 25k+ as a whole so you don't want to look out of place.
TW: We like hitting the 200mil bracket for the guaranteed GET2, but not everyone is expected to join in. If you join, you either attack or defend with a reasonable amount of banners. Back to about a 50/50 win rate after a fast GP growth jump in divisions.
Raids: Staggered start times so you can hopefully get in on at least one if you have busy afternoons/nights.
6:30 CST for HPit and HAAT sim
7:00 for HSTR
Also running CR, but nowhere near a full clear yet. We have about 14 total GLs so far with more unlocking constantly.
Once we 7* Wat we plan on making a real effort at CPit.
Main rules are to have fun, be active, avoid preloading TM, and just let us know ahead of time if you will have any trouble meeting TB/TW requirements so we can plan accordingly.
